Update Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Pipe and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) to As-built status

Changes during plant commissioning and as result of optimisation during normal operations are normally not updated and included in the plants design documents. A review of the PFD and P&ID based on on site verification and noting of changes are required, followed by a revision of available drawings and updating to current status.
