Metallurgical Technical Audits and Process Optimisation

The auditing of Metallurgical operations and development of process optimisation strategies based on the design criteria of an Operation is conducted using available specialist design and operations resources.

Design information, operational performance data, interviews with staff, on site inspections and observation of operations are inputs used to evaluate the actual performance of the section and compare it to the designed performance. Opportunities for optimisation are identified from the audits and an optimisation strategy and action plan developed in conjunction with the client.
